Pay as you Go – Bid Management

 

 

Introducing a Bid Management function into any organisation can be a costly overhead. For a regular fixed monthly fee you will get access to 1000′s of public sector opportunities and we will work with you to identify key private sector opportunities.

 

Once you have identified an opportunity you wish to bid for we will guide you through the process and help you do the best you can to secure the contract.

So what will this cost?

 

Support consultancy offer a simple approach to Bid and Tender management through our pay as you go service.

 

For a fixed monthly fee we will provide a basic Bid Management service for your organisation giving you access to a fixed number of consultancy days per month to help set up your Bid Management function. Within this package you will receive daily Public Sector tender updates specific to your industry sector and we will work with you and your sales teams to identify the best opportunities to apply for.

 

We will also look to identify key customer targets and work with you to ensure you are included within future tender procedures.

 

Once you have decided which opportunity you wish to tender for we will support you through the Expression of Interest stage to ensure you are added to the pre qualification or list.

 

Once you are accepted we offer an additional pay as you go services to complete the required documentation – a fixed cost per document submitted. We will help you understand the complexities of pre qualification and tender and ensure you have a compliant submission giving you the best chance to win the contract.

 

All additional services outside of the monthly fee will be agreed with you and your sales teams and you always have full control of what you spend.
